Growing up in Beaver Falls Pennsylvania, a slice of the Rust Belt nicknamed “cancer valley” for its quickly growing amounts of hazardous industrial facilities, I'm terrified about the future of my community's environment. Simultaneously I wrestle with the feelings of awe that these towering industrial structures have given me my whole life. I'm drawn to the obtrusion of the artificial and theatrical in natural environments.
I’m a senior at Kenyon College studying film and anthropology. I currently hold the position of Creative Producer/Photographer at Kenyon’s Office of Communications and have also worked various visual storytelling jobs in the nonprofit & agrotourism fields, as well as in narrative film production. For fun I'm usually running, writing, or doing standup comedy and theatre stuff.
